Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) which was founded in 1973 has an amazing opportunity for the above position in the non-profit sector. The Program Manager is responsible for management and clinical oversight of a unique program for survivors of torture and new refugees within the Behavioral Health (BH) Department. This position oversees day to day program activities, compliance with programmatic, administrative and fiscal requirements of contracts and grants. The Program Manager is also responsible for staff clinical and administrative supervision, monitoring staff and program performance, and providing leadership as part of the management team of CST and in BH. The CST Program Manager reports to the Associate Director of CST.
